I had a big size room in this spotless hotel. Loved the room with good facilities, my bed was exceptionally comfortable. The brilliantly friendly staff truly made me feel welcome. The venue was good small and in a very central location. The restaurant here was excellent for breakfast.

Wonderful, exceptionally clean hotel with excellent service. Very helpful staff, free wake up calls and ironing available. Bright, reasonably large room with a window looking out onto a passageway, shower. 0.5 miles from the airport. The venue of choice in Merida.

Had a QUITE COMFORTABLE stay for several nights. The rooms were extremely spacious and beds were exceptionally comfortable. The bathroom was also spacious and included bathtubs, which I really enjoyed. The marvellous location was close to Casa de los Montejo. The area was very pleasant not far from the plaza-beautiful, great restaurants, and restaurant.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The pool and outdoor area was clean and a lovely place to spend time. The bed was comfortable and the shower worked well. The location was great, as it was close to the city center and within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Additionally, the hotel had a luggage room and provided pool towels, which was convenient.

Great breakfast with eggs cooked to order on a hotplate. Magnificent location. Rooms spotless and brand-new. Short walk to many tourist places like the Mercado, Plaza Grande, Parks, and Cathedral. The plaza is beautiful at night with entertainment venues.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city center. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, including a lovely pool area. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful, definitely worth the price.
